HOA Comprehensive Management
Preferred Management’s comprehensive management program provides a complete hands-on management experience.
This is accomplished by combining the full scope of financial services with common area and limited common area services. Our 24/7 availability allows members to reach us during business hours and for after-hour emergencies. Letting us handle the day-to-day operations allows board members to minimize the amount of time they need to spend on business and provides the ability for them to relax in their home and enjoy what the community has to offer.

Assigned Manager
Your Association would be assigned a certified manager to work directly with members and Board members. This manager will have the full back-up of the entire Preferred Team, but at the same time be the point of contact so that familiarity with members and projects is never lost. Your manager and our experienced staff will act as a control center for all association-related calls. We remain available on a 24/7 basis with live operators to assist in any after-hour emergency.
Meeting Attendance
Your manager will assist in the preparation of and attend, the Annual Meeting for the Association. Preparation consists of Board information packets that will conveniently and efficiently update the Board of Directors on the focused items on the meeting agenda.
Membership Rosters
We will maintain a homeowner membership roster that will allow tracking of ownership for any given property within your association. Resale Certificates will be prepared for prospective purchasers that will fully encompass all community governing documents and financial information. Upon closing, management will provide a comprehensive welcome letter, with enclosures, to new members so that they fully understand the practices of the community.
Working Relationship with Vendors and Subcontractors
We will work with all community vendors to ensure the best available pricing is obtained and secure competitive bids from vendors and sub-contractors as requested. Constant contact will be maintained with all service providers to ensure projects are completed seamlessly from beginning to end.
Maintenance and Needed Repairs to all Common and Limited-Common Elements
We will arrange for necessary repairs or improvements to be made to the Associations common areas and limited common areas – as requested by the Association. In doing so we will process and manage work orders and work closely with homeowners, Board of Directors, and committee members, as well as vendors, in closing those workorders as soon as possible.
Covenant Enforcement in Accordance with the Governing Documents
Our staff will perform on-site community inspections and follow up by generating violation letters, escalation of violations / fines, telephone contact or personal visit, and generating and tracking fines.
Architectural Control (As per the Association’s Governing Documents)
Our staff will work closely with the Association’s Architectural Control Committee to receive and process requests for architectural changes, maintain architectural control records, follow-up inspections and approval or denial letters.
Websites and Web Tools Availability
We have a variety of options to choose from for your association’s electronic needs.
Portal ~ A free portal is provided that will allow management the ability to send electronic bulletins and messages, allow Board members to view and approve invoices and architectural/violation information and allow members to pay their association fees on-line via ACH or credit card payments.
Website ~ Preferred Management works with two separate hosting services if the Association wishes, to provide website services (optional) for their owners.
All our services are coordinated and organized electronically via a cloud-based server and our state-of-the-art software.
